Fit-Up Turning Rolls
RSA co has transformed the standard self-Aligning Turning Rolls for the vessel and tank fabrication industry. We have equipped the self-aligning turning rolls with a mechanical fit-up device for precise positioning and alignment of the vessel or tank segments. This system is designed to increase efficiencies in the tank and vessel manufacturing industries by minimizing the time required for fit-up welding and part handling. The fit-up device is equipped with hydraulically actuated arms that can be moved independently or synchronized on either side of the weld joint for precise alignment. The entire system also reduces crane time by shuttling the entire welded section by itself
